Chocolate Cupcakes. :)



- 1 cup S.R flour
- 3/4 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- milk

1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. Sift flour and cocoa into a mixing bowl
3. Add sugar and mix it in
4. Melt butter in measuring cup add the two eggs and then add enough milk to make one cup.
5. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and using an electric mixer mix for about 3-4 minutes or until all mixed in and looks light a fluffy.
6. Cook for about 16 - 20 minutes
